About Pal Breeding 1.0
Pal Breeding 1.0 is an independent, fan-made breeding reference for Palworld, built and maintained by the Pal Breeding team — a small group of players and developers who got tired of pre-1.0 spreadsheets giving wrong answers after the 1.0 update rewrote the breeding table.
Where the data comes from
Every combination on this site comes from a versioned dataset derived from the current Palworld game files, via the open-source palcalc project (MIT license), which exports data directly from a local installation of the game. The current dataset covers all 299 Pals and 44,850 parent-pair results, extracted 2026-07-14 and last verified 2026-07-20by re-running every combo against the game's breeding algorithm. We do not copy other websites' tables — when sources disagree, the game files win.
How updates work
When Pocketpair ships a patch that touches breeding, we re-extract the dataset, diff it against the previous version, and publish what changed in the data changelog. Facts we can verify from game data are labeled verified; community-measured numbers (like mutation rates) are labeled as estimates until confirmed.
Corrections
Spotted a combo that doesn't match what happens in your game? Email support@palbreeder.com with the two parents and what hatched — we verify against the game files and fix errors within a day.
